Zacharias was also known as Zechariah (in Hebrew) and Zachary (in the Douay–Rheims Bible.
The Douay–Rheims Bible is a translation from the Latin Vulgate into English, made by members of the English College, a Catholic seminary in Douai in northern France. The New Testament portion was published in Reims in 1582, in one volume with extensive commentary and notes; the Old Testament portion was published in two volumes by the University of Douai, in 1609 and 1610.
